[platform-ant-dev] References to PDE in workbench user guide

I noticed in the Getting started > Ant & external tools tutorial, that it describes examples that rely on the presence of PDE and JDT plug-ins.  These plug-ins aren't always available to users of the base Eclipse platform, so generally the platform doc tries to avoid references to the JDT and PDE features.  Also, Eclipse plug-in writing might be a bit over the heads of some users of the basic platform (especially in the "getting started" section).  I guess it's a bit late to change the examples, but it might be useful to add a note at the beginning of the example to say that it requires the presence of PDE, and how to obtain it if it's not already installed.
