[photran] photran installing problem

I have been trying to install photran on Eclipse-helio and I couldnt do it because is give the following message error:

Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found.
Software being installed: Fortran Development Tools (Photran) 6.0.2.201008111915 (org.eclipse.photran.feature.group 6.0.2.201008111915)

At your site you said that this problems means Im not in linux, but Im in Ubuntu, what can I do?
