I have an existing Fortran program that was originally developed a few decades ago, well before the days of IDEs. According to the documentation, under the project settings, there are panels for C/C++ Build and Fortran Build preferences. I attached the figure from the documentation (not sure if the attachment will make it through). There is a section in that window for Workbench Build Behavior that enables you to chose what target to make, rather than the default "all".  However, when I open the same dialog box, the Workbench Build Behavior section is completely missing.

Any advice? Should I be asking this question to the overall Eclipse group or CDT perhaps?
