[photran] Fortran project creation and CDT 4.0 support

Would it be possible to have the new-managed-make-Fortran-project dialog list a Fortran specific project type by default, or remove the non-Fortran project types from the list?  Presently it lists Executable(Gnu) by default, and people just click on through, unaware that Executable(Gnu Fortran) is a distinct project type.  Then there is great confusion as the project ignores their Fortran source code.

What is the status of Photran for CDT 4.0?  I've been developing some plugins that interoperate with Photran and I am looking forward to bringing them up to date with the latest CDT/Eclipse (pre)release.
