Although we haven't had enough versions to predict a trend, it looks like we're hovering around 8500-9000 downloads for new feature builds (3.1b2, 4.0b1) and 2000 for bug-fix builds.  Even with a 5:1 download:user ratio (which I hope is conservative), that's ~1700 users.  At 2:1, ~4300 users.

Nice to know that 0.000068159% of the world is paying attention.  Of course, that rounds down to 0.00%...
