RE: [phoenix-dev] Re: First steps towards a better eclipse.org website

I certainly agree that leveraging p2 in the future should be a clear goal
for the community as a whole. 

I am not sure if such an installer would make sense as part of Phoenix. It
might make more sense as either part of platform or part of EPP.
