RE: [phoenix-dev] Push Strategic Member Promotions Live

The challenge is that it's very different content -- a 120px logo of a
member versus a 200x200 promotion. In all the tests we ran earlier it
looked odd trying to put the h6 box header anywhere near the 200x200. And
200x200 is very much an industry standard. With any luck it will be 95%
200x200 promotions once it kicks into high-gear.

My one criticism would be that I think it should look the same if there
is an ad there or just a logo. So maybe we can move the "Strategic
Member Ad" to the top of the box title against a purple background like
the "Featured Member" box?

Otherwise looks very good to me, Donald!
