The problem is there is not a
standard height for Membership Logos, just a standard width. I can hardcode
their heights, but if the member updates their logo via the portal it runs the
risk of stretching the logo and making it look awkward. I am open to
suggestions here.
I have hard coded the
width/height of the 200x200’s.

My only suggestion is that you have width and height
attributes for the images so that the page renders once rather than renders and
then re-renders after it has fetched the image. (Clear your cache and refresh
the page to see what I mean.)
