I don't actually know how we have that set up at all, but I'm guessing 
from this:

And this:

http://phoenix.eclipse.org/

That it's not going to work from there either.  BTW:  The database calls 
to the Foundation DB are not new, they are in the previous version as 
well.  The only change is pulling the project information from the live 
DB rather than the XML files.

I'll catch up with you guys in person next week and someone can show me 
how we stage stuff on phoenix.eclipse.org.
