RE: [phoenix-dev] Patch to /projects landing page

Karl,
I checked out the changes onto my laptop to look at them but it makes calls
to the FoundationDB and doesn't render the page after a connection error.
Can you commit the changes to phoenix.eclipse.org so that we can view the
changes?

I have created a patch to update the /projects landing page to use the
new ProjectInfo/ProjectInfoValues tables as part of the migration effort
. Since the Phoenix policy is to have landing page changes reviewed
before posting, I am now asking for review. :)
