RE: [phoenix-dev] New Phoenix Committer

One week of voting has passed on Nathan being a Phoenix committer.   There were four +1  (Donald, Matt, Mike and myself) and one 0 (Bjorn).  Therefore, I’d like to declare that Nathan will be added as a committer to the Phoenix project.

I have now seen enough public evidence to withdraw my veto of Nathan as a committer.
I have not yet seen enough to vote +1, but I withdraw my veto and abstain.
