[phoenix-dev] Phoenix project is provisioned.

Phoenix committers,
The Phoenix project is now provisioned on the eclipse.org
infrastructure! This includes CVS, Bugzilla, and the website. Here are
the details:
1. Committers
The initial committers are:
- Sujay D'Souza
- Ian Skerrett
- Susan Iwai
- Bjorn Freeman-Benson
- Andrew Geraghty
- Mike Milinkovich (Project Lead)
- Denis Roy (Project Co-Lead)
Ian and Andrew currently don't have committer accounts, and myself,
Mike, Sujay and Susan need to sign the new committer agreements and due
diligence forms. I have initiated the EMO process for this, so I will
keep you informed on the progress.
2. Project Repository
The project repository is
host: dev.eclipse.org
repository: /home/technology
project: checkout the org.eclipse.phoenix project
Use your dev.eclipse.org committer user ID and password to connect.
The project CVS is currently empty. It will eventually contain our CMS
source code and other source code that needs to be available to all.
3. Project WebSite
The project WebSite is www.eclipse.org/phoenix. Committers (and
soon-to-be approved committers) can write to the website by accessing
the following CVS repository location:
host: dev.eclipse.org
repository: /home/cvs/org.eclipse
project: checkout the www/phoenix module
Use your dev.eclipse.org committer user ID and password to connect.
Anything committed to this repository will be automatically checked-out
within a minute.
4. Project proposal page
Susan, can you update the website to move Phoenix out of Proposal phase
into Approved Phase? Thanks.
5. Downloads
Currently we have nothing that is downloadable, but Sujay and I will be
the committers for that section.
6. Bugzilla
The Phoenix Bugzilla product has been created. It contains three
components:
ContentMgr: for reporting bugs on the Content Management System we will
be using and customizing
UI: For bugs about the eclipse.org UI we will be working on
Templates: for template submissions in our forthcoming Call for
Contributions
