[pde-ui-dev] Maximize menu

I am trying to get the Maximize, Minimize and Restore menu options to appear on the popup menu for a MultiPageEditorPart's tab. I can use CTRL+M to maximize the editor, but the menu items do not appear (I get Move, Size, Close etc) and double clicking the tab has no effect.

How to I get the maximize menu item to appear?
