[pde-dev] Extension Properties not visible

Hi all,
I am trying do develop a plugin using Eclipse 3.0 PDE
on Windows 2000.
When editing plugin.xml, in the Extensions tab, I
can't see any properties (in the Properties view) when
I select an extension.
This makes it hard to create plugins.
Probably related, whenI click 'Open Extension Point
Description' I get an error message, I get an error
saying description cannot be located.
Any suggestions to get around this?
