Hi all,


I would like to develop an interface similar to the interface for 
editing the plugin.xml with multiple forms. I am developing a plugin on 
version 3.0.
Could someone let me know where I can view the source for the interface 
used to edit plugin.xml.  Source codes that achieve similar 
funtionality is also fine
