Posting Firebug's NET panel during a delay like this would be
helpful to pinpoint what is causing the delay.

Apparently, this is not a DNS lookup issue (or the like), since
"dig orion.eclipse.org" takes 1ms even when the page access is
slow.
Is anyone else seeing this? Is there something that could be
misconfigured in the server that could cause it?
