Ah, I should have also mentioned that I produce a /latest/ URL for WTP in addition to the quarterly URLs.

Currently WTP's /latest/ points at /2018-12/ but in future I'll move it to /2019-03/.


Same job mentioned below is used to update that composite, so Orbit could do similar if there's a need.

Sounds like you have a workaround in place already, so unless another consumer needs this, I'd argue that there's no need for more process in Orbit.
