well we have the issue the other way round.
- we dont want to change the update site every 3 weeks
- we want our builds to fail e.g. if something changes
- we currently mitigate that by having our own composite proxy to
orbit http://download.eclipse.org/modeling/tmf/xtext/updates/orbit/2019-03
that we update every 3 weeks
