[orbit-dev] Declaring Build: R20180531190352 (Photon)

Hello all,

I'm declaring R20180531190352 [1] as our contribution for Photon.

This a composite repository combining a newer build (R20180504160324)
that is based on the last good build from CVS (20160520211859, Neon)
and the latest build from the orbit-recipes master branch [2].

The release is coming a bit late compared to previous ones but there
were some changes that were discovered a bit later in the cycle that
needed to be addressed. Thanks to everyone who has helped out with the
contributions and in fixing bugs.

The following changes are new for our Photon 'R' build since our last
M7 candidate build :

11a953d Bug 522740: Get rid of org.apache.batik.ext
123342c Add flogger bundles to aggregation feature
31c8b63 Add org.hamcrest.library 1.3.0
e8c6f57 Bug 534859 - [wsil4j] Broaden the dep on javax.wsdl to include 1.6.2
fa6db39 Update reference repositories.
bef3301 Add flogger fluent logging 0.1

I've also run a script comparing units (and to some extent, their
metadata) between the previous M7 candidate and the current Photon
repository to be sure about what we're publishing.

The changes are minor so it should be a matter of bumping the
repository (and possibly some qualifiers) from the previous S build to
this R build. Although the Batik 1.9.1 stack is in, there do appear to
be some issues with certain usages of it affecting some projects. As a
result, Bug 522740 will continue to be worked on.
