So are we fine with releasing a Neon.3 based on current Oxygen M5 combined
with the old Neon.0 R-build ? The push for this comes from projects that
want to take advantage of new bundles that are available in the Oxygen
milestones without having to refer to a repository (M5) that will not be
retained for the long term.
