And ... by "start making the necessary changes"
... so you mean "now", such that I should wait an few hours to
rename/promote RC1 S-build? 
(I sort of hate to have in RC1, just to change it,
in RC2 ... but, we can if communicated well, and if you think will take
a while to complete).
