[orbit-dev] M-builds to be removed (early) Wednesday, plus 2 other notes

I announced last week, that the Kepler
SR1 R-build was ready and Kepler participants should move to it. So now,
to save space, I'll remove the M-builds we used to progress towards it.


Plus, one important reminder ... if
you are currently "in charge" of some package(s) that has more
than two or three versions in active builds, please remove the older ones
from active builds ... at least open a bugzilla that some should be removed.
The size of builds/repos has grown quite a bit the past few years, so we
need to save time and space since unlikely anyone needs a "real old"
version in _active_ builds. See policies and "how to" mechanics

And, a note about archiving older builds:
please comment in bug 416485 (https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=416485).

We will have to eventually archive some,
so would be good to know committers/consumers thoughts about it, and if
anyone is willing to help?
