[orbit-dev] Request to update JXPath to 1.3

Hi,

My Eclipse Project UFacekit [1] is in need of the updated version of
JXPath 1.3 which is currently maintained in orbit by Mike Squillace.

I already filed a IPZilla for this in [2] and I'm not 100% how to
proceed from here. Should I add Mike to the IPZilla-Entry, ... .
