[mylyn-dev] updated project plan for 3.5

I have updated the aggregated project plan for Mylyn 3.5. It now lists
bugs marked with the "plan" keyword that are scheduled for the
upcoming release milestone for each sub-project:

Plan bugs marked as P1 show up as "Committed", plan bugs with a
priority of P2-P5 are listed under "Proposed".
