Re: [mylar-dev] I have updated Mylar Integrator Reference

Having all projects exposed like that would be inconvenient for a user.
Unlike Bugzilla (usually), Codebemer is used to host a lot of projects that are not related to each other like in Javaforge,
which has hundreds if not thousands of independent projects.
I will consult the issue with Intland (developer of Codebeamer), but for me as connector developer and
Eclipse, Mylar and Codebeamer user, this is the best way to access Codebeamer.

Consider those comments just a notes of the plugin developer who has limited plugin experience (connector is my third plugin),
and no Mylar code knowledge. I didn't want to expose the notes on Eclipse wiki (I was afraid it will not get accepted quite well,
which you just confirmed), but I offered the link to the fellow connector developer, and Mik asked me if I can put them on Eclipse site.
Feel free to edit/modify them or delete them. I will keep the copy of my  notes on Javaforge.

I spent 4 weeks developing the connector without any documentation, and with very, very limited help from mylar devel group.
I did it because I like Javaforge, Codebeamer, Eclipse and Mylar.

Little bit lengthy (i.e. debugging and deploying are covered in Mylar
developer reference), but an interesting read. Some parts maybe too
detailed for developers who have experience with developing plugins
(i.e. adding jars, and , so maybe it would make sense to move those into
a separate section.
Also note that web repository connector could be used as a simplest
example of "query-only" connector.

One thing I disagree about, is your note about including project id to
the repository url. I believe that project should be part of query, or
task url, or whatever and don't belong to the repository identity. So,
any CodeBeamer projects hosted by JavaLobby are actually in the same
task repository.
