 BTW you can probably configure special keyword (see 
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/describekeywords.cgi ) like "hot". :-)
 And then just publish link to Bugzila query filtering by this new keyword.

 Shame that Mylar's query screen does not allow to select keywords. ;-(
