Interesting idea.  I actually think of reports as having a degree of
interest, and things like the number of comments and priority determining
the interest level.  So could custom keywords like 'hot'.  The task list
could eventually sort and filter based on interest, and it would be just as
easy to have a web page that contains a summary of the highest interest
reports.

I just created a report for this, and figure that we should support it the
way that we 'support' all other Bugzilla features that aren't yet in our
UI--by letting you easily switch in to the Web UI within Eclipse.  We
currently support quick navigation from the bug editor to the report in the
internal browser, and show any bugzilla errors (e.g. wrong email for a CC)
in a dialog that renders Bugzilla's error message.
