Hi Wolfgang,
I've just looked into this a bit, and it seems like there needs to be
extra support compiled in on Windows, as described in
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/76621500/openssl-fatal-openssl-uplink5c149000-08-no-openssl-applink-in-c-sharp-wrap
and the links from there. I'll see about getting a 2.0.18a installer
made which includes that support.
