[mdt-sbvr.dev] Class diagrams of metamodel

I have received several queries about how I created the class diagrams of
SBVR, as shown in this wiki page:

I used Rational Software Modeler (RSM) 7.0.5 (the latest release) to create
the class diagrams. Simply rename the SBVR.uml file to SBVR.emx and open
using RSM (you can use the RSM "import" for .uml, but I find it is not
usually necessary).

The Eclipse open source project UML2Tools is not yet usable for models of
this size.  There may be other open source UML tools that can open the
SBVR.uml model and create diagrams, but I use RSM for my UML modeling and it
works well for this purpose.

The changes I made to SBVR.uml were done using only the Eclipse UML2 sample
editor (tree view only, no diagrams).  I used RSM only for creating diagrams
of the model.
