Hi,

It is indeed related to Christmas!
I was in vacation and could not validate and test the package.  I'm not particularly quick at approving as I usually prefer to use the package for a few days before giving the green light. Anybody willing to help is welcome and will find me at

There is no change of policy, with M5 coming pretty soon I decided to just skip M4. If you wish to give M4 a try, the package can be downloaded from here:

IIRC Cedric Brun is the Modeling EPP maintainer. He is not always particularly quick at approving. Since approving EPPs must be a miserable releng activity, I praise his perseverance rather than criticize his lapses.

I suspect M4 is just an oversight prior to Christmas rather than a policy change.
