Correction, also need to change the platform filter arch to x86_64 in 
MANIFEST.MF to avoid a 'regression' in 2021-06 that throws an 
IllegalStateException when launching a nested Eclipse with both win32 
variants available as open projects.

Since the executables are all now in org.eclipse.ocl.examples.build, 
there is no need for the lpg.generator.* fragment projects to be open at 
all, so no point reporting the ISE regression.
