That's a dead link. On the other hand, as soon as I manually install checkstyle and pmd plugins, I can verify that the pull request I queued up completely good. I'm pretty nearly certain as it is.

OK, this turns on the question of 'the repository'. Which repository? What I thought we had done was add some metadata to the m2e-code-quality update site to point to the home of the checkstyle and pmd sites. Is that failing, have they moved?
