So this section brings up a couple of questions for me …


Q: Looks like I need to fill in a project name, if so short or long form?

Based on the PMC example I am going to go for "User-friendly Desktop Internet GIS (uDig)"

Q: What is the communication channel for a LocationTech project?

While I have left the communication channel as the eclipse proposals forum, I suspect that the channel should be this location-iwg@xxxxxxxxxxx email list? Based on the MPC example we could also list a specific forum, but I expect that this should be an eclipse forum so the foundation is comfortable it is backing up a record of the discussion.

Q: Open Sourced under EPL 

The MPC project specifically mentioned it is open sourced under the EPL, while the generic template does not mention the license beyond it being open source.
