[linuxtools-dev] Update on migration to git

Hi,

I've been picking away at converting our SVN repositories to git.  After
trying a bunch of different options, I settled on this perl script to do
the merging:

It's worked out fairly well and I'm almost finished merging the various
master branches.  I've created a tracker bug here so that people can see
the status and perhaps help if they'd like to :)
