right, that is what I am wondering is the issue, we have been trying
to not modify anything for releases, just run that set-version script
which might be updating everything

I guess we'll have to set aside some time to fix this up :/

the repository as it is generated is then copied around to show up in
that download.eclipse.org location so it should generate what exactly
should go there
