[imp-dev] Changed URL of SDF and Box update site

Hi guys,

I've changed the update site url of the SDF and Box tools to
http://www.meta-environment.org/updates
The old URL will be working for the current release for a while, but I
will not release new versions on it anymore.

I've updated the URL on the Getting Started Wiki page too.
