[iam-dev] update instructions

I'm sorry, I'm a little dense about Eclipse updates.

I'm currently on 0.9 of the IAM plug-in, so I successfully got past that 
hurdle.

To update to 0.10, Eclipse reports this missing dependency:

Cannot complete the request.  See the details.
Cannot find a solution satisfying the following requirements 
Match[requiredCapability: 
org.eclipse.equinox.p2.iu/org.eclipse.swt/[3.4.0.v3448f,3.4.0.v3448f]].

My problem is I can't tell from that error string which package it is 
that needs updating.  The dialog box all has descriptive package names.  :(

I'm wary of just updating everything -- I always seem to get into a 
nightmare of incompatible updates.
