2. Eclipse Marketing & PR meeting update
Events, PR opportunities etc. discussed in detail below.

3. Contact Reports / Call for Papers
Award-related contact reports were discussed in detail. The group felt 
that once one award nomination has been drafted, this would serve as an 
example for other future award nominations.
ACTION: Ling to ask PMCs for help with the positioning for the Jolt 
Award (Category: Testing Tools). Do we submit TPTP Testing Tools or TPTP 
Testing Tools and Application Framework?
ACTION: Barb to check with Rosalyn Lum regarding the submission of open 
source technologies to the Jolt awards.
ACTION: Melanie to ask PMCS and planning group for their support in 
attempting to have articles published on various aspects of TPTP, as the 
marketing group feels these efforts would support awards nominations.
ACTION: Ling to ask Ian regarding availability of Eclipse-related award 
nomination submissions, to help with drafting TPTP nominations.

4. Events
CA World (Orlando, April 17-21, 2005) call for presentations. The group 
welcomes the opportunity to present at CA World and will support efforts 
to submit presentations and tutorials for this event.
ACTION: Ling to send details of all EclipseCon submissions 
(presentations and tutorials) to marketing group.
ACTION: Jim (Saliba) and Marie to advise on which EclipseCon submissions 
would best suit the CA World session tracks.

5. PR 
A decision has been taken not to have a full news release plus analyst 
briefing based on TPTP 3.2. The Linux angle to the story was not felt to 
be appropriate, neither are we able to focus the news release on new 
members at this point.

N.B. The group is constituted in the same way as other TPTP development 
groups, and is respectful of Eclipse rules and regulations for meetings 
between Eclipse members. Also, with regard to operational activities 
covered by IP policy and anti-trust regulations, it is the duty of the 
lead committer to make group participants aware of these regulations. 
The group does not have a lead committer at this stage, however, 
participants can find details on these regulations at:
