[higgins-dev] Who is the issuer of a AppCard-generated AppData context?

Continuing the discussion on the higgins-dev call today...

In the case where a "templated" app-card is imported into the active client, the client copies data from the "template" file into a dynamically instantiated AppData context. The question is what should the value of the p:issuer attribute be of the dynamically created context?

My proposal:

The p:issuer value should be copied from the p:issuer of the app-card itself.
