[higgins-dev] Higgins 1.1 M2 Status - Wed 11-June-08

Hi All - some quick updates on status of upcoming planned 1.1 M2 release:

1. We currently have some issues with some components failing the daily build. We need to get these build issues fixed before we can release M2. The components that are failing include the following:

-- org.eclipse.higgins.sts.common - Mike M owner

-- org.eclipse.higgins.sts.binding.axis1x.client - Mike M owner

-- org.eclipse.higgins.sts.server.token.compound - Mike M owner

-- org.eclipse.higgins.crpps - Mike M owner

-- org.eclipse.higgins.sts.server.profile

-- org.eclipse.higgins.iss - Valery K owner

-- org.eclipse.higgins.idas.cp.jena2 - Sergey L. owner

2. As noted in earlier email we are going to pull in some of the Apache Commons Logging changes that were made from planned M3 to this M2 release. The full list of these new additions to this upcoming M2 release include the following:

I'll be going through the list of M2 issues today and anything that is not logged as fixed will be moved to M3 milestone - so if you know of any issues off this list that are fixed - please update the ticket today:

Addressing the build items mentioned in item 1 above will be the gating item for the timing of M2 release. At this point we are still targeting this Friday 13-June for this release. Will update accordingly if this schedule changes.
