[higgins-dev] H1 configuration for Catalyst

The Parity team is focusing on the H1 hosted identity agent deployment configuration demo for Catalyst. If I had to guess, I’d predict that in this configuration we’ll have the ability to download and install a CardSpace-compatible managed i-card and use it for sign in, but that our ability to create and sign in with personal (self-issued) i-cards isn’t likely to be working in time.
