Can someone please tell me what is the difference between:
        IInformationCard.getID() and 
IInformationCard.getCUID().getCardID() ?
        Which one represents .../ic:InformationCardReference/ic:CardId ?

Also the .../ic:InformationCardReference/ic:CardVersion is missing - can 
someone please add that ASAP?
