[higgins-dev] F2F minutes

Here's a wacky idea (not mine, this is the way they do it in IETF meetings):

 

If someone is taking meeting minutes/notes -- they could do it into the #higgins irc channel.  That gives non-participants a chance to provide live feedback (thus, hopefully building wider consensus which will be less likely to be argued about later).
