Just so you know, what some other projects do is schedule some times where people can hop on together. It seems to work well, especially for those who aren't used to just lurking on a channel.

Just a reminder that there's an IRC channel open called #higgins at irc.freenode.net. There's next to no traffic there.

 

It would be nice if more people jumped on so small Q/A's could be done in realtime.
