RE: [higgins-dev] IRC reminder

I would imagine that most of those associated with the bandit project that are participating with Higgins will be using the IRC during the hours of 8AM-6PM MST or so on the weekdays.  Some will be on during the evenings.  That is how it works with the bandit irc.

Just so you know, what some other projects do is schedule some times where people can hop on together. It seems to work well, especially for those who aren't used to just lurking on a channel.

It would be nice if more people jumped on so small Q/A's could be done in realtime.
