Joel,

Working with IBM and Eclipse, the Higgins team has arranged for IBM
Alphaworks to license the EODM portion of the semantic toolkit under the
Eclipse License. 

The EODM code's new home is in the Eclipse EMFT (Eclipse Modeling
Framework Tools) project.  The EMFT project is in the process of
arranging to have the builds set up, etc. so that EODM is available via
EMFT.

I noticed in the initial provisioning that higgins has a dependency on
IBM's
semantic toolkit. Is this kit (or some part of it) slated to be licensed
under the Eclipse license, or is this a temporary dependency?
