I don't think offering different packages is such a good idea. However, Eclipse IDE could, like Intellij Idea, offer welcome pages to choose from light vs dark theme (among other things, like enabled plugins)
With newer IDEs supplying dark theme by default (e.g. VSCode), should we consider having two versions of EPP packages (dark-themed, light-themed) from the download page so that users don't have to search for the preference and they can start in their preferred mode from the get-go. It would also advertise that Eclipse works in dark-theme.
It would nice to do this simply by adding an options file that indicates the default and thus could be done post-build and could be automated for all packages.
What do people think?
