[epp-dev] "check for updates" finds nothing

Hi All,

I have an older EPP package for PHP from 20090507. I've added Galileo
update site to the list, then I've pressed "Help -> Check for
updates".
It was observing the update site for a couple of minutes, then I've
got the following message: "There is nothing to update" (though there
are newer features on the Galileo update site). Can this be related
somehow to the bug:
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=276123 ?
