[epp-dev] Maintenance release

I need to schedule some maintenance work on the UDC. It seems obvious to
co-ordinate with the Ganymede SR1 schedule (and stick with +2).

I'd like to propose the creation of Bugzilla milestones named 1.0.1RC1,
1.0.1RC2 and 1.0.1. While we're at it we should probably create some
1.0.2 milestones as well.

Any thoughts or concerns?
