+1 for the Java package

I gave the Mylyn integration in the CPP package a quick test ride and found two minor nits:

* The Mylyn update site is not enabled by default in the update manager. Maybe that's intentional?
* The Mylyn CDT Integration feature does not have a provider set (looks slightly weird in the About dialog)
